On our initial phone call, we’ll cover your goals, my process, and, if it is a fit, schedule your Strategic Home Search Consultation 

2)      Strategic Home Search Consultation 

Over the course of 90 minutes, we’ll cover your goals in detail and I’ll begin outlining my strategy for finding your next home and getting it secured with the best possible terms. We’ll also discuss the specifics you need to know about purchasing your new home, financing, and the legal paperwork involved. I will also provide you with important market knowledge and statistics to assist you in making decisions. 

3)      Next Steps 

My first priority is keeping you informed. I’ll provide you with both a calendar and a checklist so you’ll always know what to expect and when. 

Together, we’ll determine your criteria—including amenities, communities, drive times, etc. Once we have your criteria in place, I’ll set you up with a personalized website in our Multiple Listing Service and show you how to use it. I’ll also reach out to the agent community and utilize my contacts for off-market opportunities. As homes become available, I’ll ensure they meet your criteria and submit them for your review.
